In this SEO training, I will be talking to you about about optimizing your website's anchors for better performance in Google rankings.

Anchors are clickable text or phrases that are hyperlinked to other web pages and provide context to search engines about the linked page's content.

By using a combination of four anchor types - raw, brand, generic, and main anchors,

- We can create a well-rounded anchor strategy that avoids over-optimization and maximizes our chances of ranking high in Google.

Raw anchors include the URLs of your web pages or variations of the URLs, while brand anchors include your website or author's name.

Generic anchors are phrases that can be related to any post, and main anchors are long-tail versions of your target keyword.

It's important to use unique anchors for my generic and main anchors to avoid over-optimization, which can negatively impact my rankings.

We should also use a mix of anchor types and vary our anchor ratios to create a diverse and natural-looking backlink profile.

Overall, optimizing our anchors is crucial to improving our website's performance in Google rankings and achieving higher organic traffic and online visibility.

By following these guidelines and monitoring your results, you can continue to dominate the search engine results pages (SERPs)!
