Look, lets be brutally honest with each other…
There’s going to be times where the odds are massively stacked against you, and what you’re trying to achieve will seem near-damn impossible at times.
On a mental level, this can grind you down over time and eat you up bit by bit until you’ve got nothing more to give.
It’s at these points where you start to question everything: is it worth it? Should I keep going? Am I really going to get through this?
And sometimes – as a coping mechanism – we even turn bitter and blame external factors just so we don’t have to face the fact we gave up and failed.
Trust me, I’d know, I’ve been there and it’s not a pleasant feeling to carry this insanely heavy burden with you every waking second of your life.
But what if I told you I can help you to develop a mentally strong and unbreakable mindset, right here, right now?
In fact, your mind will be so strong, you’ll want the odds to be massively stacked against you, and you’ll even love it when life’s not fair.
When you have this mindset, you will achieve your goals because you’ll actively seek pain and relish every single second of it.
Sounds ridiculous, right? And yeah, it does – but believe me – it is possible and it’s very easy to develop this mindset as well.
But here’s the best part…
All the resources I’ll be sharing with you today will be 100% free and you won’t have to write a single word, read a single sentence or watch a single video either.
So if you want to develop a mentally and emotionally strong mindset that never buckles under pressure, then here’s how to do it…
Okay, so we’re going to be using method you may have heard of, it’s called… Brainwashing!
Now don’t be alarmed, there’s nothing immoral or unethical about this, whatsoever.
In fact, your brain will only accept what it wants to accept – and if you’ve read this far – then obviously you and your brain will simply adore these type of messages and accept them with open arms.
And the more you do this, the more effective this method becomes as well.
So for starters, we’ll need a mobile listening device. Me personally, I use a smartwatch but you can use your mobile phone for this.
Now this more important than you probably give this credit for, and that is, you need some headphones or earbuds.
We don’t want to be listening from an external source like a speaker, computer or sound system because it greatly diminishes the power of the audio.
And for the audiophiles, out there…
I don’t care how expensive or exotic your sound system is – you need a direct feed into your brain and the best way to do that is using headphones or earbuds.
When it goes directly into your head, it makes everything so much more impactful than hearing it from an external source like a speaker.
Plus, using headphones or earbuds literally muzzles out all the outside noises too – therefore enhancing the desired effect even more.
Okay, so you’ve probably figured out we’re going to be listening to something, and yeah, you’d be right…
So what exactly are we going to be blasting out on our headphones…?
Well, we’re going to be downloading audio from these Youtube channels I’m going to share with you (don’t worry by the way – I’m going to show you how to download the audio for free from from these channels in just a minute).
This audio will not only get you pumped up and motivated when you’re listening to it, but it will also start to slowly reprogram your brain and how you view things over time as well.
So the longer you commit to this, the more effective it will be and the more you’ll benefit from it.
Me personally, I’ve been doing this almost every day for the last 6 years so I’m literally mentally unbreakable at this point!
Anyway, what I’ll do now is share my 4 top channels where I get my content from (no:4 being the weakest and no:1 being the best).
Now, at the time of writing this post, all these channels post videos on a weekly basis so you’ve literally got hundreds of hours of content to use in conjunction with this method.
So with that said, here are my top 4 Youtube channels you can use to help you develop a strong, unbreakable mind…
4. Fearless Motivation
The first resource I’m going to recommend you can use on how to strengthen your mind & become mentally unbreakable is a channel called Fearless Motivation.
Fearless Motivation is one of the first channels I came across that specialises in this kind of content. As a result, their videos feel the most professionally made out of the four I recommend in this post.
They’ve recently started doing songs versions on their channel which is cool if you’re into that kinda thing.
Fearless Motivation tends to focus more on gym-style motivational videos compared to the other 3 mentioned in this post. So if you’re a bit of a gym bunny, then you’ll get a lot out of Fearless Motivation.
However, I do find their content a little corny if I’m honest with you and you can tell these are voice actors so their delivery doesn’t sound as sincere as the other 3 I recommend in this post.
As a result, I do find their content the weakest out of the bunch but it’s still an awesome resource regardless.
Fearless Motivation Example Video:
3. Tom Bilyeu
If you want to instill powerful business related beliefs and become ultra productive, then my boy Tom Bilyeu has your back.
This guy is a self made billionaire so he has a lot of knowledge to share on being successful and it clearly shows in his awesome content.
Tom also has a brilliant outlook on life and you do feel like he genuinely believes everything he says in his videos which further helps to embed these beliefs into your subconscious.
The only drawback is that he tends to use the same content repeatedly in his longer videos. So I would recommend listening to his videos before downloading them so you don’t end up with duplicate copies of his speeches.
Still, I really love his style and you can learn a lot from this guy so definitely check him out – especially if you’re looking for business related motivation.
Tom Bilyeu Example Video:
2. Mat Wilson
Mat Wilson the newest guy I’ve came across on this list.
He’s like the cockney version of Tom Bilyeu – and just like Tom – he sounds sincere in everything he says which helps you to absorb his messages into your subconscious quicker.
I was going to put Mat Wilson at no:3 as I found his content a bit slow, light and air-fairy if you know what I mean.
However, he’s recently changed his style and it’s made his videos far, far better in my opinion.
His videos now get you pumped up and motivated on the spot as the music is much more epic and his voice delivery is more aggressive, which I personally prefer.
Mat Wilson Example Video:
1. Ben Lionel Scott
The final one (and the best of the bunch on how to strengthen your mind & become mentally unbreakable) is without a doubt, Ben Lionel Scott…
Ironically, Ben Lionel Scott isn’t a successful business personality or even a company making professionally made motivational videos like Fearless Motivation.
It’s basically some guy who grabs sound bites from other motivational videos on Youtube and then makes his own compilations from them.
I know what you’re thinking…
It sounds like really low-tier content but it really isn’t – in fact, like I said – it’s the best of the bunch.
I think what gives Ben Lionel Scott the edge is that he has a near unlimited resource of speakers to use in his videos.
You see, the biggest problem Tom bilyeu and Mat Wilson has is that they’re a one-man-band, and no matter how good their videos are, you do tend to get sick of hearing the same voice over time.
This doesn’t happen with Ben Lionel Scott as he literally has dozens of different people speaking in his videos.
With them being professional speakers or experts in their fields, they all sounds congruent in what they say, so you believe everything they say in his videos… Making you absorb these people’s mindset and beliefs into your subconscious so much quicker.
He uses really good background music that helps to get you pumped up and motivated while listening to his videos as well.
Ben Lionel Scott Example Video:
Since publishing this post, hundreds of Ben Lionel Scott’s videos have either been deleted or removed by Youtube. I’m not sure why but it’s such a shame as some of his best videos are no longer available.
So what I want you to do now is go through the above four Youtube channels and save all the URLs of the videos you enjoyed to a notepad.
Generally, if they get you pumped up and motivated on the spot, then add them to your list. I would also recommend adding varied mix as well.
Like I said before, I find I get bored if I keep hearing the same speaker all the time so make sure it’s varied with lots of different speakers (Ben Lionel Scott’s videos are great for this).
Once you’ve got about an hour or two of content, we now need to download them to your computer.
I’ll show you how I do this and it’s completely free and it’s very easy as well.
However, it can be a bit risky – especially if you’re not computer savvy (you’ll see what I mean in a minute).
So all you’ve got to do is do a Google search for “youtube to mp3 online converter”.
Now this will bring up tons of sites where you can convert Youtube videos into audio MP3 files for free that you can download to your computer or phone.
Now this is the risky bit…
Some of these sites will try to download additional software onto your computer that you really don’t want or need.
So keep that in mind when converting your videos into MP3 audio files when using some of these sites.
Anyway, once you’ve downloaded the music and uploaded it to your phone, then you simply go for a walk or run.
Me personally, I listen to these motivational audios every morning when I go running.
In fact, listening to these motivational audios has allowed me to push through my plateau and go from 7 miles, right up to 13 miles per run.
So this method alone has allowed me to practically double my running distance.
Also, 13 miles takes me roughly 2 hours, so I’m listening to this nonstop for 2 hours at a time… So I’m pretty much brainwashed at this point!
But yeah, I think it’s very important you get out of the house while doing this – it’s just so much more impactful in my opinion.
Okay, so you’re probably thinking… Does this really work, James?
Look, I get it, it all sounds like a bag of bollocks, it really does.
In fact, if anyone told me to do this years ago, I would have told them to shut up with all that Tony Robbin’s BS.
But the fact is, since I’ve been doing this, it’s massively improved my life in so many ways.
Like I said above, it’s allowed me to practically double my running distance from 7 miles to 13 miles per day.
This is because it’s like having your own personal coach running along side you, constantly motivating and pushing you to go further all the time.
As a result, I’ve lost a ton of weight because of what’s taught in this post and I’m feeling healthier and happier than I’ve ever been in my entire life.
But the most important part is how it’s completely rewired my brain and how I now deal with everything in life.
Before, I use to stress and worry about every single thing in my life.
Now, I’m always ultra positive and I can only see opportunities when the the bad times arrive.
I’m also much more disciplined and I don’t give up when the going gets tough like I use to as well.
In fact, I’m so far gone with this stuff now, I love it when it’s hard or near impossible because I know it’s only making me better in the long run.
…And it’s all because of what’s taught in this very post 🙂
So yeah, it’s really done wonders for my life – and I’m pretty sure when you apply what’s taught in this post – you’ll get equally awesome results too.
Now, before we depart for the day, there’s one more thing I want to say…
And that is, if you really want this to work for you – and get optimal results – then you need to commit and constantly apply it.
Doing it once or twice just isn’t going to get you the results you want.
Sure, it’ll make you feel pumped up and motivated when you’re listening to these audios, but if you want to be mentally unbreakable and always be positive – even in your darkest moments – then you need to make a life time commitment to this.
It’s like losing weight or bulking up at the gym…
As soon as you stop dieting and excising, you get fat again… And it’s exactly the same here.
The only difference here is that you won’t have to starve yourself or slog it out in the Gym multiple times a week.
All you have to do here is to listen to audio and it’ll make you feel good while you’re doing it as well (I do strongly recommend going for a walk, or ideally, running while listening to these audios though).
So if you’re serious about getting the best possible results from this, make a life time commitment and consistently apply it – and I guarantee you – you will be richly rewarded and you’ll be happier, healthier and wealthier in life as a result.
Anyway, as per usual, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this so share them down below.
Also, if you have any additional tips on how to strengthen your mind & become mentally unbreakable, I’m all ears.
Till then, stay awesome my friend 🙂
